[After the date with Osomatsu, Franciscus still has to give the gift he bought to Mary. He thought of just sending it to her, but has decided instead to deliver it personally, so he's knocking on her door now.]

[There's a loud shout of "hang on, I'll be right there!" somewhere in the house before Mary gets the door open, and upon seeing who it is, she breaks out into a wide smile.]

Oh, hi Franciscus! [No longer "Mister Franciscus" at this point, it seems.] What'cha doing here?

Osomatsu and I were at the lobster festival yesterday, and I thought to get a gift for you. [He holds out a small fancy paper bag. There's a wooden lobster toy inside, with articulated joints.]

— a smaller note reading Migi, attached to a little tin of brownies he's made. There's also a very dated pin with some random woman on it... This is a gift to Mary from Migi's collection of stolen, hoarded items.... ]

[Oh my goodness, this is so nice!! Both Shinichi's and Migi's, even if Mary has no idea who this random woman is. She's gong to add it to her collection of trinkets and collectables of things that she has found or been given that she couldn't get back home, while those boots are definitely going to be worn immediately starting now.]

She descends from the winter night sky, presents in hand. She has a smile on her face as she hands you a gift with a note attached.]

Delivery on the 25th

[A package wrapped in brown paper has been left for Mary. In it is a book and a leatherbound journal. The journal is hand bound by Newt himself with parchment pages for Mary to draw in. Her name is imprinted onto the journal. There's also a watercolor set and brushes for Mary to use and a tin of homemade biscuits.]

I hope you make use of everything here. I look forward to seeing more of your drawings. They're quite wonderful.

[Whatever time it is, she sure sounds chipper nonetheless. Even more so than back in the underwater city where she was kind of suffering from being mildly dead inside.]

[Well, after settling back in, Franciscus figures he should go look up Mary. So here he is, knocking on her door.]

Mary? It's me, Franciscus.

[Well, if Franciscus is looking at the place he remembered her staying at before he left Deerington, he will find that she's actually not there now. But it's fine, because Mary was nice and helpful by leaving a note taped to the door that said she's over at the townhouse populated by the Toy Story gang if anyone is looking for her.

As such, assuming that Franciscus followed the directions to get here correctly, Mary does answer the door for today rather than leave it to one of the toys to try to answer the door, and upon seeing who it is, Mary stares for a long moment... before her face stretches into a wide grin.]

Franciscus! It's you!!

[I hope he's prepared for a small child to suddenly tackle his legs in an attempt to hug him.]

I looked everywhere for you, but you were suddenly gone! When did you get back?

[On the 25th Mary will find a gift has been left outside her door! According to the tag it's from Fern, and inside the meticulously wrapped package is a collection of wood carved bunny toys.

[Oooooh my god this is so cute, she loves this.

Fern better be prepared for her to return in kind as a result. He should end up finding outside his own door some drawings of the bunny toys being played with and Mary thanking him for the gift, along with a small bag of candy (mostly blue raspberry flavored because blue is the best flavor of candy okay)]

[Oh gosh, this is such a nice gesture! Mary doesn't know that much about Valentine's Day either, but she will repay Fern in kind.

If not today, but definitely by the next day at least, she will leave Fern a bag of candy at his door. They are not all chocolate, as it seems she's included whatever red colored candies wrapped or otherwise she could find in this place, along with a note.]
